About the role
As our Warehouse Pharmacist, you will serve as the technical authority on quality compliance, facility maintenance, and cGMP protocols within our warehouse. You will work closely with the QSHE team and external clients to ensure all operations—from receiving to dispatch—meet stringent regulatory and client standards.
What you will do
- Facility Monitoring & Maintenance: Conduct daily GEMBA walks, inspect temperature-controlled areas, and oversee facility cleaning and maintenance.
- Temperature Control & Record Keeping: Monitor temperature levels continuously and maintain accurate daily logs.
- cGMP Training & Mentorship: Conduct cGMP training for staff to ensure safe operations, and coach teams on compliance best practices.
- Compliance Checks: Perform random compliance checks on pharmaceutical products during receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Client & KPI Coordination: Coordinate directly with clients on quality matters and develop/share agreed-upon KPI reports.
- CAPA & QMS Support: Develop and maintain CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) tracking, assist with internal audits, and support risk management initiatives.
- QSHE Reporting & Audits: Assist the QSHE Manager with compiling reports, preparing for site visits, and drafting SOPs, specifications, and method guides.
- General Management Tasks: Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support facility compliance.
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D / M.Pharm).
- Experience: Fresh graduates up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrated technical proficiency in cGMP protocols and compliance obligations.
- Communication Skills: Strong coordination skills for liaising with clients and delivering training to team members.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to cold-chain logistics or pharmaceutical warehouse environments.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and internal audit processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for CAPA tracking and KPI reporting.
