About the role

As QSHE Officer, you will serve as an essential on-ground custodian of facility safety and product quality. You will combine daily quality control checks—such as VAS line clearances and receiving/dispatch compliance checks—with safety enforcement, hazard reporting, emergency drill assistance, and QMS audit support, making sure all activities strictly adhere to QSHE policies and regulatory guidelines.

What you will do

  • Reporting & Incident Logging: Assist the QSHE Manager in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly QSHE reports, and immediately document and report any workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses.
  • VAS Line Clearance & Quality Releases: Perform line clearances, in-process inspections, and quality release approvals for all Value-Added Services (VAS) activities.
  • Compliance & Inventory Checks: Conduct random compliance inspections on inbound, stored, and outbound products to guarantee facility quality integration.
  • CP Briefing & Safety Training: Conduct training and briefings on Operational Change Process (CP) instructions to ensure all warehouse tasks follow approved standard operating procedures.
  • QMS & Audit Assistance: Support the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, assisting in internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action tracking.
  • Facility Safety & Emergency Preparedness: Assist with safety drills, inspect work zones for hazardous conditions or policy violations, and maintain safe systems of work across all operational shifts.

What we are looking for

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in QSHE, Quality Control, or Health & Safety operations within a warehouse, 3PL, or manufacturing environment.
  • Core Skills: Assistance in QSHE audits/inspections, emergency drill support, time management, and basic communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, GDP compliance, or high-volume 3PL distribution facilities.
  • Basic certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA, IOSH, or ISO awareness).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and audit logging.
