About the role
As our QHSE Executive, you will be key to implementing robust Quality and EHS programs within our warehouse and supply chain environment. You will serve as a subject matter expert for facility compliance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and work directly with FMCG/Pharmaceutical clients and regulators to maintain world-class quality and safety standards.
What you will do
- Facility Inspections & Monitoring: Conduct daily GEMBA walks, inspect temperature-controlled areas, perform monthly facility/equipment audits, and monitor site cleanliness and maintenance.
- Safety & EHS Management: Oversee fire and site safety inspections, track Permits to Work (PTW), manage internal EHS processes, and ensure employee workplace safety.
- Incident Investigation & CAPA: Report, investigate, and record all site accidents, incidents, and deviations; establish root-cause analysis and maintain CAPA tracking to prevent recurrence.
- Compliance & cGMP Execution: Perform random compliance checks on incoming, stored, and dispatched goods while demonstrating technical proficiency in cGMP and drug regulation standards.
- Training & Mentorship: Design and deliver cGMP, health, and safety training sessions to coach, mentor, and align all warehouse staff with industry best practices.
- Client Coordination & KPI Reporting: Coordinate with clients on Quality and SHE matters, compile client-specific KPIs within agreed timelines, and manage external expectations.
- QMS & Audit Support: Assist in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal audits, risk assessments, SOP preparation, and external regulatory/safety visits.
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- Certification: Must be NEBOSH IGC Qualified.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and leading HSE programs within 3PL pharmaceutical or FMCG environments.
Nice to have
- Certifications in QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (ISO 14001), OHSMS (ISO 45001), or Social Compliance.
- Prior experience in commercial Quality and EHS functions within 3PL logistics serving major FMCG and Pharmaceutical clients.
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP, Drug Laws, Factories Act, OHS regulations, Shops & Establishments, QMS, and EMS.
