About the role

As our IT & MIS Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical execution. You will oversee day-to-day WMS user support, track project schedules, and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to keep all IT initiatives on schedule and free of operational blockers.

What you will do

  • WMS Operations & User Support: Track and update daily WMS spending, resolve end-user operational queries, and support continuous system enhancements to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Project Coordination & Tracking: Monitor overall project milestones, assign tasks to internal development/support teams, and maintain project schedules.
  • Issue & Risk Resolution: Work closely with the Project Manager to identify bottlenecks, eliminate blockers, and mediate between support and development teams to resolve critical issues quickly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project updates, schedule alignment meetings, and ensure clear communication between project managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, progress reports, system documentation, and ticket tracking throughout the project life cycle.

What we are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, or MIS support roles.
  • Technical Exposure: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP Software.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, task prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Excel.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with ERP system implementation, integration, or user training (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo).
  • Deep understanding of WMS modules, inventory control workflows, and warehouse automation tools.
