About the role
As Cyber Security Officer / Analyst, you will act as the core defender of our digital infrastructure and operational data. You will combine daily threat monitoring and firewall administration with vulnerability management, incident response, patch deployment, user access control, and policy enforcement—ensuring complete protection against cyber threats while promoting a safety-first digital culture across all facilities.
What you will do
- Security Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor network, server, endpoint, and cloud environments via SIEM tools; investigate security alerts and lead incident response actions.
- Vulnerability & Patch Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, coordinate system hardening, and oversee timely security patch applications across all devices.
- Security Solutions Administration: Administer firewalls, antivirus, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), VPNs, and email security solutions.
- IAM & Access Controls: Support Identity and Access Management (IAM), manage Active Directory/Office 365 security, and conduct periodic user access reviews.
- Policy, Audit & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies; support ISO 27001 compliance, security audits, customer assessments, and risk registers.
- Awareness & Training: Conduct employee security awareness training and phishing simulations, communicating policy updates across corporate and warehouse teams.
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in information or cyber security management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of network and endpoint security, firewall administration, Microsoft 365/Active Directory security, and SIEM monitoring.
- Key Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or vendor-specific firewall/EDR credentials.
- Hands-on experience securing IT/OT infrastructure in warehousing, 3PL, or supply chain environments.
- Practical understanding of cloud security configurations and zero-trust framework implementation.
