About the role
As an IT Officer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for system operations, security hardware, and user support. You will be responsible for maintaining our network integrity (LAN/WAN), managing site surveillance systems (CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP Cameras), overseeing biometric attendance and IP PABX setups, and keeping all administrative IT equipment running without interruption.
What you will do
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization via email, phone, or remote assistance.
- System Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Network & Infrastructure Maintenance: Administer local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) to ensure maximum network security, speed, and connectivity.
- Security & Surveillance Systems: Handle installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, POE switches, IP-based cameras, IP PABX, and Biometric Attendance Systems.
- IT Security & Audits: Implement security policies, enforce data protection procedures, and conduct routine IT security audits and risk assessments.
- Procurement & Asset Management: Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records for all IT equipment, assisting in the selection and procurement of new IT devices and services.

Nice to have
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in warehouse, logistics, or multi-site operations.
- Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP network connectivity requirements.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
